Meet Lawrence

Growing up in Oceanside as the youngest in a first-generation American family, I learned early on to be resourceful and driven. I started working at Stuff 'n Bagels in high school and continued to earn extra money through college by selling computers and electronics at Tops Appliance City.

After graduating, I built a career in digital advertising—working at ad agencies (where one of my early clients was Realtor.com), selling ads for publishers, and leading ad and revenue operations for publishers like LinkedIn, Fox, and The Family Handyman, and an advertising tech platform.

I have always had a strong passion for real estate. Over the years, I've helped friends and family find homes, navigate the market, and even work on hands-on home improvements. Driven by this lifelong interest and a desire to help people transition to "what's next," I have decided to officially bring my experience and dedication into a career in real estate.
