Michael did an outstanding job in selling our house. His online description of it revealed the lovely house that it is, and I believe it attracted a potential buyer immediately. The day it went on the market, a couple came to see it & the next day said they wanted it at our price. Although the buyers & their lawyer made the closing difficult, Michael was always professional & honest in his dealings with them and kept us informed every step of the way. In many instances, he went out of his way for us. He is the consummate realtor, and if we had another house to sell, we would only use Michael to represent us.

Tom DiFusco sold our apartment in less than 3 weeks. He gave us good advice on staging the apartment before the sale. He handled several problems including finding a company to dispose of our furniture and closet remains. He made several trips a local hardware store to correct minor flaws the buyer noticed after the deposit was given and when we were no longer in New York. Tom DiFusco is a responsible, honorable fellow who did a wonderful job for me in the stressful situation of leaving a home of 20 years.
Effective, Supportive and Kind - The Whole Package Effective - In this complex market, the most important element of performance (to us) is the ability to execute. Despite having to dodge tons of wrenches (lots of complications with the sale), Michael helped us get across the finish line with an optimal price/outcome. Supportive - We required help with every step of the selling process and Michael was right there with great ideas and solid recommendations. Kind - This may be less important to others, but it was mission critical to us… Michael was a true pleasure to work with.
